3. Project Process

3.1 Quotation and Agreement

All projects begin with a detailed quotation outlining scope, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only upon written agreement and receipt of the required deposit.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• All necessary content, images, and brand assets
• Timely feedback during the review process
• Access to any required third-party services or platforms

3.3 Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final handover.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

4.3 Late Payments

Invoices not paid within 14 days may be subject to late fees. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom designs and code created specifically for their project.

5.2 Third-Party Assets

Stock images, fonts, and plugins used may be subject to their own licensing terms.

5.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project completion.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed to date
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Any materials provided must be returned

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
