The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the NextSiteRise website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NextSiteRise and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the custom deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. Third-party assets (such as stock images, fonts, or plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely content, feedback, and approvals necessary for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables. Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials provided to us for use in their project.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, will be specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
NextSiteRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, hosting issues, or domain registration problems beyond our control.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic increases, or conversion rates. We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these terms or engages in abusive or harmful behavior.
9. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or during the course of providing services will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
